High School Student Coach Help

I am in High School and a friend and I are probably going to coach a house basketball team together this year (the team could be anywhere from grade 4 to grade 9, we don’t have the kids’ age group yet). We have played house basketball for over ten years between the two of us but don’t have any coaching experience. What advice do you have on how to successfully manage a team as a high school student?
